The historic region of Lower Downtown Denver, or LoDo, houses a thriving mix of apartments, shops, restaurants and entertainment. On a property that could see massive development of high rise scale, Phil Pokorny has been commissioned to design a series of row houses sensitively down-scaled for the popular urban district. Current work includes historical image studies along with development of design vocabularies that reinterpret existing urban form characteristics.

Private attached garages accessed off of the rear alley, individual private courtyards, and plans tailored for modern living, combine to offer the ultimate in urban lifestyle. Street-level office suites with separate entrances offer each homeowner the ability to work and live in the same location.
