I have strong memories from my childhood of fishing trips with my family, often in a small rented aluminum boat. My strongest images (in addition to the fun of fishing and family) are of the outboard engines. The variety of brands, colors, and styles, each trying to look more aerodynamic and streamlined than the next made a lasting impression.
