Healey Hundreds

[ Original 18.5" x 13.5" - Acrylic on Marble Slab ]

Produced by Donald Healey's small sports car company in 1952, the Healey 100 attracted the attention of the newly formed British Motor Corporation and lead to the partnership known as Austin-Healey. The beautiful lines of the original "big Healey" were designed by Gerry Coker. The car was powered initially by a 2,660 c.c. 4-cylinder engine and known as the 100-4. Later the 100-6 was introduced with an in-line 6-cyliner engine, ultimately leading to the development of the Austin-Healey 3000.
